Kate brings three years of strong experience in the hospitality industry to NorthCoast Concierge. During the past three years, Katherine has assisted the Member Relations Director and Dining Room Manager for a local country club. Building on that experience, she became the Banquet Manager for another local country club, and then moved into Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Recently, she broadened her experience by providing client services for a local private airline service as their Owner Services Representative. Kate holds a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from Kent State University.
