NorthCoast Concierge operates using C-Connect, an online business management software that allows you instant access to your concierge program.  Whether your program consists of 1,000 program users or just one! Simply login to our system to keep tabs on your program. C-Connect also allows for you to connect with concierges all across the country.

Upon logging into the system you are able to place new requests, view existing requests and view the dashboard report to help you manage your program.  The information is available to the program manager to print and download into Excel.  From this screen you are able to add a new request, view existing requests and view the dashboard report to receive a quick snapshot of your program usage.  The Place A New Request is very help for those who are using our Elder Care Program.  This allows for siblings or caregivers to easily request a new service for NorthCoast Concierge without having to pick up the phone and call for services.  View Existing Request allows for you to view program usage.  The screen below allows for you to view requests within the system.

 

 

Requests are received into our office via the internet, email, fax or phone. Our Request for Service form is the easiest way for larger groups (hospitals, offices) to submit their requests for service.  This from can be placed within your companies internet or intranet to allow them easy access to your concierge program.  To view this form simply click on Connections above.

The system tracks these requests and by Job Type which allows for you, the program manager, to view requests being sent into the system for completion.
